Introduction
According to the Cannabis Control Commission’s Adult Use of Marijuana, 500.140: Additional Operational Requirements for Retail Sale, Section 2, Part (a) On-premises Verification of Identification:
On entry into the Premises of a Marijuana Retailer by an individual, a Marijuana Establishment Agent shall immediately inspect the individual’s proof of identification and determine the individual’s age. An individual shall not be admitted to the Premises, unless the Marijuana Retailer has verified that the individual is 21 years of age or older by an individual’s proof of identification.
This means that upon entry into Northeast Alternatives, all customers must present an acceptable form of identification (ID) to be verified and/or scanned in by a Security Specialist (SS) using the Panasonic FZ-N1 TOUGHPAD & the VeriScan software.
