Managing Marketing Materials Inventory

Purpose:

Maintain stock of marketing materials to be distributed to dispensary partners by production

List of materials:

  • Posters (table top and wall) Wood displays
  • Counter talkers
  • Other printed materials
  • Stickers
  • Empty packaging (tinctures, hummies, wand, cartridges)
  1. Audit materials monthly

In order to stay stocked up with our various marketing materials, we need to be sure the numbers are correct. Counting all materials monthly and updating the spreadsheet ensures that we are reflecting the correct stock. The spreadsheet can be found in the Sales Forecast under the tab: “marketing materials”

When you receive an order of something, you update the tab titled: “Invoices” which will automatically update the numbers in the marketing materials tab.

  1. Recurring Orders

The more systems we can have in place the better. Currently, Half Pint Homes is the only vendor set up to distribute a certain number of displays monthly. Sometimes there will be a surplus due to lots of new accounts or high distribution, auditing these items is still helpful.

  • Posters- Staples
