Food Handler Certification Process

Efood is a nationally recognized organization providing food safety training for employees and managers. Treeworks requires all production employees to keep an updated food handler certification while employed, which is provided free of charge. Certification lasts for 3 years.

1. Schedule 1-2 free hours to take the test during your first 2 weeks of work.
2. Search your email for a sign up email from “Efood” or “efoodhandlers”. If you have awork email it will be sent there, otherwise it will be in your personal email.
3. If this is your first time taking the test follow the directions to sign up for the website.
4. Take the test. Good Luck!!! In the event that you do not pass, you are able to retake the course and test one time.
5. After passing the test you will receive an email containing your certificate. Fwd the email to compliance@treeworksma.com for filing.

Please click “Mark Complete” after forwarding the email with your certificate to compliance@treeworksma.com to confirm your successful test completion.
